South Brickell

South Brickell is a quiet residential area that starts on 15th street and encompasses all the condos along Brickell avenue all the way to the beggining of the Rickenbacker causeway that communciates to Key Biscayne. All of the condos lie between the ocean and Brickell avenue offering fantastic options in buildings like Santa Maria, Bristol, Skyline, Atlantis, Brickell place, etc. Recently ultra luxury preconstruction project like Una and St Regis have started construction in this area. West Brickell

As Brickell grew and land grew scarce, developers started building west of South Miami Avenue all the way to I-95. This area got a boost as The Miami Underline projects transforms  the area below the Miami Metrorail and makes it safer and easier to walk, along South Miami Avenue.
