Two towers will rise in South Brickell offering 350 ultra luxury Miami residences by 2025. Prices start at $2M with average entry level prices at $1,800/sf
Over a month ago I got a call from a friend inviting our DSG group to an exclusive preview of this project before it was announced publicly. Having celebrated my birthdays 🥳 🎂 at both the St Regis Rome and St Regis Bal Harbor, I was ecstatic to have such high-end offering close to home. The project has not fully launched yet but we are happy helping our clients secure a reservation.
Starting at $2M, or $1,800+ per square feet, the southern most residential section of Brickell is getting the priciest and most exclusive project in the neighborhood. As of early 2022, pricing is as follows:
– 2 Bedrooms $3M – $4M
– 3 Bedrooms $4M+
– 4 Bedrooms $5.7M+
This will be the second St Regis in Miami, and the third one planned in Miami-Dade. The first one, St Regis Bal Harbor is a marquee building offering exclusive residences where we’ve helped buyers and sellers over the years. It’s also dear to my heart as its where I’ve enjoyed birthdays and pool cabana friends and family events. There will also be a third St Regis hotel in Sunny Isles coming soon.

The St Regis Miami towers will rise in the southern part of Brickell, between Brickell avenue and Biscayne Bay. As Brickell density has increased, this location provides several advantages as it relates to traffic and accessibility. Getting to I-95 will be much easier than in Brickell’s CBD and its location is very convenient to Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne where you will be access not only by car but also with a bike of jogging.
