Built in 2014, Oceana is the newest and most modern building in Key Biscayne. The ultra-luxurious community offers 142 condos across fifteen floors in South and North towers – there is no 13 floor and floors 14-16 are for penthouses. Oceana is by far the most expensive condo in Key Biscayne if we look at average price per square feet for closed sales recorded since the beginning of 2021. This large gap in pricing (+70%) reflects the unique characteristics of Oceana and how it stands on its own across the island.  In fact, newly listed Oceana condos are closer to the $3,000 per square feet price point rather than the $2,000 ceiling that was easily breached in 2021.
