Terra Group, the builder of iconic developments like Park Grove, Eightyseven park, Botaniko, Glass and many others announces the development of the tallest tower in Miami Beach. Five Park will rise 48 stories, or 519 feet, at the entrance to South Beach, right across from the curved ramp into Alton road. The project will include 280 residential units. Completion is expected in 2023. The project includes a three-acre public park, with native shade trees, pedestrian and bike paths, an outdoor gym and dog run, a children’s playground, and public art displays.

Baccarat Residences Miami is the newest skyscraper coming to Miami. As reported by the Miami Herald and other news outlets, groundbreaking on the first of three towers will commence early 2022. The first tower, to be developed by South Florida condo leaders Related and Arquitectonica, is set to rise 75 stories, accommodating over 300 condos and 40 riverfront villas. Prices are expected to be on the $800 per square foot range and occupancy is expected in 2025.
